RINGETTE PROGRAM FEES for 2019

Welcome to Eagle Lake! Once again we offer a discount for early registrations paid in full by APRIL 5th, 2019.

We continue to maintain the highest standards at the most reasonable price! Our fees remain below comparable to similar overnight camps.

Early Bird Overnight Ringette Camp Program

1) Early Bird Resident Ringette –   (FEES $1000)  Full fees must be paid by April 5th, 2019 in order to qualify for the Early Bird Rate. A deposit of $300 must be received within 14 days of registration.

  • 7 days/6 nights of camp
  • Room & board
  • Camper Jersey
  • On-ice program
  • Rotation of all camp activities
  • 1 skate sharpening
  • Tuck shop daily (1 item daily*)

Payments are accepted by interac transfer or by cheque ONLY.  Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

All Registrations must have deposit received within 14 days of registration to confirm the spot.

A camper is not considered registered until a deposit of $300 has been confirmed.
Terms of Enrollment (Medical): If my child shows symptoms or is in contact with anyone showing such symptoms (up to 72 hours prior to the arrival at camp) of the following: 1) Gastrointestinal illness including, but not limited to vomiting, chills, abdominal cramps and diarrhea or 2) Influenza‐Like Illness (ILI) including, but not limited to, fever with cough and one or more of the following symptoms; sore throat, muscle aches, joint pain or weakness or 3) any other health concern that poses a threat to the health and well‐being of the camp community, we declare that the camp will be contacted immediately. We understand that such symptoms will delay arrival to camp as determined by the Camp Director. In the event that the Camp Director requires an arrival to be delayed as a result of a recent illness, we understand that there will be no partial or full reduction in payments or return of any payments already made. If the Camp Director believes it to be necessary, in the best interests of other parties attending the camp, we understand they may not allow the child to attend the camp. In the event that my child is not allowed to attend camp due to illness, I understand that camper tuition fees will be credited to the camper’s own tuition for the following year only. I agree that I will inform the Camp Director if there are any changes in my child’s medical condition, or ability to safely attend the camp between the acknowledgement of this waiver and the date the camp shall begin. I understand that a failure to disclose this information to the Camp Director could result in my child being sent home from the camp, without refund of tuition paid. Campers are not permitted to possess any cigarettes, alcohol, or illegal drugs. Campers found with such items or campers exhibiting behavior that is detrimental to other campers and/or the camp community will be asked to leave before the week ends. No refund will be considered if a camper is required to leave for one of these reasons. Head Lice: No Camper with Head Lice will be allowed to remain at Camp. While outbreaks are rare, Head Lice can be contracted where groups of children are involved. Please check your camper(s) thoroughly before camp, taking the necessary steps to ensure successful treatment. Head Lice checks will be conducted at Camp Registration check‐in and no camper will be allowed to remain at Camp, if any are discovered.
Cancellation Policy: Campers who cancel before July 1st, 2019, will be refunded their deposit less a $150.00 administration fee. Cancellations after July 1st  2019 will be responsible for any unrecoverable camp related expenses pertaining to the camper, in addition to the $150.00 Administration Fee. Cancellations after August 1st are non-refundable.

Information Disclosure: Please review and consent your acceptance to the following statement: I understand that some of all of the information provided above will be collected, held and used by Eagle Lake Ringette Camp (ELRC) for the purposes of camp registration and billing, complying with the regulated information security procedures. In addition, I provide consent to have photos and/or video taken of my child and used for archival and/or promotional purposes.

Release of Liability
The sport of Ringette and other camp activities involve known and unknown risks that could result in physical injury. All Ringette players must wear full CSA/ORA approved equipment. Campers must abide by all prescribed safety measures for all camp activities. Eagle Lake Ringette Camp/Hockey Opportunity Camp will not be responsible for any participant’s fitness, faulty camper equipment or misuse/absence of equipment resulting
in injury while participating in any camp activity. I hereby waive, release/absolve and agree to indemnify and save harmless Eagle Lake Ringette Camp and Hockey Opportunity Camp and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers and agents of and from any and all liability arising therefrom, except such as shall arise solely as a consequence of its or their gross
negligence or gros default. Information Disclosure:
Please review and consent your acceptance to the following statement: I acknowledge that I have read all documents in their entirety and fully understand legal effects of all the documents herein listed in that I have had the opportunity to contact the Camp Director with any questions or concerns, or for any clarification on the legal effects of same. For greater certainty, I fully understand that my signing this agreement, I agree that I am not only giving up my right to my child’s right to sue or make any claim against ELRC and Hockey Opportunity Camp, but also any rights my and my child’s assignees, heirs, beneficiaries, guardians, next of kin, spouse and legal representatives to sue or make any claim against ELRC and Hockey Opportunity Camp resulting from any loss, property damage, expense, personal injury or wrongful death however caused.
